NorCal Relays

Date: Saturday, March 27, 2010

Time: Warm ups begin at 7:30am with the meet beginning at 9:00am. Projected conclusion will be 2:00pm

Location: Johansen HS: Modesto- take Highway 99 Standiford ext. Go east and stay on ave until it dead ends (approx. 8 miles) into Claus. Turn left on Claus. The school is located on the left hand side approx. 5 miles down road. For map click here

Rules: Participants may only compete in ONE division with a total of THREE events.

Entry Fee: For all four divisions, the entry fee is $300. If your team does not enter all four divisions, the fee is $80 per division entered. Checks are made to Johansen Aquatics and are due prior to the first event.

Awards: Medals to first, second and third relays.

Events & Description

• 200 Free: 4 swmrs (each 50yds)
• 400 IM: 4 swmrs (each 100IM)
• 400 Free: 4 swmrs (each 100yds)
• 200 Back/Breast: 4 swmrs (1st & 3rd- Back, 2nd & 4th- Breast)
• 100 Free: 4 swmrs (each 25yds)
• 200 Fly/Free: 4 swmrs (1st & 3rd- Fly, 2nd & 4th- Free)
• 200 IM: 4 swmrs (1st & 3rd- 25back/25breast, 2nd & 4th- 25 fly/25free)
• 200 Medley: 4 swmrs (each 50 yds- back, breast, fly, free)
• All Events: 6 swmrs (50 free, 50 back, 50 breast, 50 fly, 100IM, 100 free)
• Diving: 2 divers (one diver to do 3 dives, and their team mate 3)
