A special thank you to all the parents for helping out this past weekend and for the long weekend put in by the coaches!

Congratulations to all teams on this last weekend’s tournament at Schaal! Our 12U team played some very competitive games on Sunday. Several young and new players showed their stuff getting valuable experience. Our 14U team went undefeated (first place) throughout the entire weekend. Their last game against the AR16B team was very close and tied through the last minute of play. Our team prevailed in the last seconds with a final victory shot. Our 18U team placed 4th overall out of 12 teams after some very spirited and competitive play. Our women’s Open team competed with five other teams composed mostly of college athletes. They placed mid pack throughout the field. Many of the athletes playing on the Davis 14U and 18U teams will continue on and play this coming weekend.

The 5th Annual Sacramento Invitational continues this weekend, July 18-19, for the 16U division at Rio Americano High School.  For directions, click here.   Both the 16U and 14U girls teams will be competing in this division.  For the schedule, click here.
